Want to meet people across the Data and AI industry, learn from world-class speakers and see how a 3,500-delegate conference comes to life? Volunteer at DIS2027X2.
As a volunteer, you’ll get hands-on event experience and work alongside the Hyperight team. You’ll also have the chance to attend talks, explore the expo, and join the networking programme. First-time and returning volunteers are equally welcome.
What you receive:
– An All Access DIS2027X2 pass (value [599] EUR), including the online event platform and on-demand recordings
– The official DIS2027X2 volunteer T-shirt
– Food and refreshments during your shifts
– Access to keynotes, sessions and the expo when you’re not on shift
– Access to the evening programme: the Expo Crawl, the DAIR Awards and the Data After Dark party
– Networking opportunities with speakers, delegates and partners

Volunteer Roles
Registration
Welcome delegates as they arrive, help them with self check-in in the Agorify app, hand out badges, and answer first questions.
Stage
Management
Support our stage teams so sessions run on time. Help speakers, manage room flow and assist with Q&A.
Conference Concierge
Be the go-to person for delegates. Share the latest session information, help people find their way around Kistamässan, look after lost-and-found, and give everyone a warm welcome.
Workshop & Round Table Host
Welcome participants to workshops and Executive Round Tables, check pre-registrations and make sure sessions start smoothly.
Hackathon Support (Industry Day)
Help the hackathon teams with setup, participant check-in and logistics during the Industry Day challenges.
Load-in /
Load-out
Curious about what it takes to build a conference? Help the production team set up the venue before the event and pack it down afterwards.
