Volunteer Program

Want to meet new people in your industry and learn a ton? Volunteering at the Data Innovation Summit 2025 is a great way to do just that! You’ll get hands-on experience at a super cool event, plus you can check out all the awesome talks and other opportunities. Newbies and returning volunteers are all welcome – just check out the registration process to join us in May!

As a volunteer, you will receive the official Data Innovation Summit T-shirt and an All Access DIS25 pass (value 499 EUR).

This pass gets you into the entire conference, including the virtual platform!

Registration

Registration volunteers greet attendees, answer questions, and distribute conference badges.

Stage Management

Stage Volunteers help support our stage team in various ways to ensure successful conference sessions & talks.

Conference Concierge

Conference Concierge staff members provide attendees with the latest information on sessions, assist with navigating the convention center, and offer general conference information. Additionally, they manage lost-and-found services and extend a warm welcome to all conference participants.

Load in/Load out

If you like seeing what goes into making a conference happen, this volunteer position is for you. This team helps the production team with pre-event or post-event production tasks.
